Samsung to Launch Smartphones with Android 12-based One UI 4.0 in India

Introduction

Samsung is going to launch Smartphones with Android 12-based One UI 4.0 in India. The company revealed this update on Samsung Members App. The South Korea-based mobile behemoth Samsung is planning to introduce these mobile devices in India from December 2021. The smartphones belonging to Galaxy Z Fold 3, Galaxy Z Flip 3, and the Galaxy S21 series will get this UI update in December. The South Korean mobile manufacturer further added in its latest update that the Android 12-based One UI 4.0 will also come in other flagship products in the next year. They include the smartphones that belong to Galaxy Note 10 and Galaxy S10 series. Other models that will get this update are Galaxy M, Galaxy A, and Galaxy F.

It comes with a list of options on top of Android 12. They are a privacy dashboard, new Color Palettes, and integrated experience with apps. For instance, the Google Duo adds more functionality in this new update.

Android 12 Update in Samsung Phones

The South Korean mobile manufacturer has revealed in the Samsung Members app that its latest One UI 4.0 update will come with some models in December 2021. They include Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3, Galaxy Z Flip 3, Galaxy S21+, Galaxy S21 Ultra, and Galaxy S21 in December 2021. The company further added that the 2022 models would also sport this Android 12-based One UI 4.0. So, the models to look for in 2022 are Galaxy S10e, Galaxy S10+, Galaxy S10, Galaxy S10 Ultra, Galaxy Fold, Galaxy Note 10+, Galaxy Note 10 Lite, and Galaxy Note 10. Other models to get this UI update in January next year are Galaxy S20, Galaxy Z Flip, Galaxy S20 Ultra, Galaxy S20+, Galaxy Note 20, Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, Galaxy Z Fold 2, Galaxy S20 FE 5G.

Android 12 Update Schedule for Next Year Beyond January

1. February: The company to update the models such as Samsung Galaxy A52, Galaxy A52s 5G, Galaxy A51, Galaxy Tab S7, Galaxy Tab S7+, and Galaxy A72 with Android 12-based One UI 4.0 in February next year (2022).

2. April: The models such as Samsung Galaxy Tab S6, Galaxy Tab S7 FE, Galaxy A71, Galaxy F62, Galaxy A32 will get this Android 12-based UI in April next year (2022).

3. May: The latest One UI 4.0 will come along with  Galaxy M31, Galaxy A31, Galaxy M21, Galaxy A22 5G, Galaxy M31s, Galaxy F42 5G, Galaxy F22, and Galaxy Tab S6 Lite models in May next year. Samsung Galaxy M32, Galaxy M21 2021 edition, Galaxy M32 5G, Galaxy M32, and Galaxy M52 5G models will also get this update in the latter half of that month.

4. June: The South Korean manufacturer further noted that the models such as Galaxy A22, Galaxy A21s, Galaxy F41, Galaxy M51, Galaxy Tab A7 Lite, and Galaxy F12 would get One UI 4.0 update in June next year. 

5. July: The update further revealed that Samsung would incorporate the One UI 4.0 update in the entry-level models in July next year. The entry-level models that will get this update are Galaxy M01, Galaxy M11, Galaxy A03s, Galaxy A12, and Galaxy F02s.
